Travelers Checks

Hi Samantha,

If guests would like to bring traveler's checks and cash them here in the bank, they can do that with ID. However, restaurants and service providers mostly accept cash. They can also take out money by going into the bank with ID and a credit card, or can use the ATMs. I apologize for the inconvenience-- it is unfortunately a cash town.

There are also safes in the rooms and we have a night guard, as well.

See you very soon!

Weather in Costa Rica-Per Rachel, House Manager

"It's been warm and sunny for the most part... maybe 2 rains in the last month. However, it sometimes rains more in May, which will probably mean a potential shower at night while you're here... but it's still pretty dry."

Weight Restrictions for Commuter Flights

Very Important, in the Caravan we need to have 2.200 pounds between you and
your luggage and in the Airvan you will need to use 1.200 pounds. That is 2200 lbs per each flight. We have 4 flights leaving each day, with 2 planes taking off in 30 minute intervals.

I suggest everyone bring as little as possible. Ladies, this isn't the time to carry every shoe in your closet! You know that your favorite pump won't fair well in the sand! Smile. Same goes for the boyz, rethink the assortment of Gucci sandals. Save the fragrance's, it will only attract bugs. Leaving the tube socks (gene)one pair should carry you through the night when the air conditioner is on high. Whatever you wear on the flight going, I am certain you can wear on the return flight going home. Edit Edit Edit...

Is everyone as excited as I am!!!!!
