The Breakdown on Traveling Expenses

$235 pp for flight to Tambor
$14 pp for shuttle from San Jose airport to Tambor airport
$19 pp for microbus from Tambor airport to villa
$268 pp total for traveling fees

$235 + 14 = $249 /2 = 124.50

$124.50 Due Before March 31
$124.50 Due Before April 22

$19 Due Upon Arrival in Tambor

Final Villa Payment

Please be aware that the final villa payment has to be wired to the property manager on March 15, 2011. Make sure you drop your payments in the mail, allowing enough time for the check or paypal deposit to clear my account. THX

Taxi From Tambor Airport to Villa

There will be a 10 passenger and 15 passenger microbus to pick us up from the Tambor airport and drop us at the villa. The trip time is 30 minutes to and from the airport. The round trip fee for this taxi ride is $400 (total). This money is not due now but will be due at the time of service.

Breakdown:

$400 total = $19.00 pp + tip

Paradise Air Reservations

hello all,

just wanted to put the information out regarding the charter flights from san jose, costa rica to tambor, costa rica. flight times are 1pm & 2pm on may 4, 9am & 930am on may 8.

paradise air is giving us a great rate of $117.50 pp each way, total being $235.00 pp. paradise air will break the payment into two deposits; see below:

$117.50 due on or before march 31
$117.50 due on or before april 22
i need these payments to clear my account before march 31 and april 22. please send checks in a timely fashion. paradise will only take one credit card payment for our party.

Ground transportation from SJO airport to Paradise Airlines Airport is $150.oo each way, r/t cost is $300.00. Per person, the cost is $14.00 (total). Please remember to add this cost into your deposit which is due March 31 and April 22.

lastly, i will need everyone's passport numbers and flight information for the folks at paradise air.
